The present work aims to investigate the actual management of Craft Fair Matsumoto, and figure out the transition process from the Matsumoto Craft Fair to the Matsumoto Craft Months, which is a new town planning utilizing crafts in Matsumoto-city. We have analyzed the organization, planning, space, transportation, as well as publicity from the data of the activity over the past 34 years. Furthermore, we have shown several characteristics of the exhibition of the craft of the Matsumoto Craft Fair held in Agata-no-mori park, in the view point of the application of the public space.
