The results of this study are summarized as follows. In the comparison of the teacher house and the trailer house, the trailer house as a trial house was chosen for the person who wanted to experience the emigration more than teacher housing. And the number of immigrants and dual habitation increased more than using teacher housing. When using as an emigration experience facility, the high flexibility of the installation of trailer house was effective for the region with sightseeing resources like Iijima town and trailer house can be also one option of the residence after the migration.
