The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) was adopted by the United Nations, and the government in Japan has promoted SDGs for public and private sectors, even in district levels. It is necessary that each organization set quantitative goals to evaluate, however, lack of data-set is an issue. This paper deals with area-based SDGs goal setting and evaluation in Otemachi, Marunouchi and Yurakucho districts of Chiyoda-Ward. We firstly select one target from each 17 goals, and set quantitative target with LEED-City evaluation tools. As a result, how we develop data-set in the district for evaluation and selection of target are highly important.
