Abstract

The potential of using Phase Change Material (PCM) in wooden house has been investigated. Since the cost of the PCM is high, searching for a laying position with high heat absorption and dissipation efficiency has been shown as a problem to solve. In this study, we focused on the distribution of the efficiency of heat absorption of PCM laid in the floor or in the ceiling or both in the floor and ceiling of real scale experimental room in winter.
