This paper aims to consider the design process of “house” through the experience of the model design and making by the 4th grade 32 children. As a method of analysis, we compare the three type of drawings and their form and function. As a result, children have become to be interested in making low floor instead of high floor in the model making process, and concentrated to make the indoor bedroom and bathroom, not only in the inside, but also as equipment in the outside.
