Yoshihumi Nomura is a folk house researcher based in Gyeongseong and Kyushu, and this paper organizes his architectural materials stored at Kagoshima University. The Nomura materials consist of 165 volumes, 8,986 items with 5,580 photographs, 1,647 drawings, and 1,759 others. Most of them were from the Nansei Islands and remote islands around Kyushu. We consider that these materials are important for the study of the folk house, which have not been preserved today.
