共生型グループホームにおける運営的・建築的実態と課題

Cooperative-style group homes, where the elderly with dementia and persons with disabilities live together in one integrated space and structure, follow the current laws and guidelines. Cooperative-style group homes are expected to provide collaborative care for cohabiting elderly with dementia and persons with disability in their local area. The aim of this paper is to contribute to the body of knowledge about of Cooperative-style group homes, especially the current status and challenges of architectural and management aspects.
