This study aims to clarify the issues regarding relocation and rebuilding by organizing the operation and environmental changes before and after relocation and rebuilding at after school childcare facility in Nagoya City. The results determined that it is difficult to secure a building that can be used for a long duration, problems differ depending on the building form before and after the relocation and rebuilding, and the rest room, storage, and exterior improvement are insufficient.
