In recent years, elastic mortar and elastic paint have increasingly been applied to the outer surface of housing base to improve design. Elastic paint can also be applied to the inner surface of the housing base to further improve carbonation reduction effect. In this study, we confirmed the effect of the amount of elastic paint applied on the carbonation reduction effect and the effect of elastic paint on the carbonation reduction effect assuming the deterioration of the inner surface of the housing base over time.
