Abstract

“Introduction to Environmental Vibration Design for Ensuring Habitability” provides example performance matrices for road traffic vibration in different period. However, there are few reports on vibration measurements for one week. In this report, vibration measurements were conducted on a detached wooden house for road traffic vibration for approximately eight months to examine vibration levels over a longer period. The results showed that there was a large variation in vibration levels in the subject house depending on the day of the week. In addition, input level ratios were obtained for the target period.
