Abstract

This study is positioned as a basic research for the study of appropriate placement of guiding facilities in the location optimization plan by understanding the usage areas of commercial facilities, clarifying the factors that influence these usage areas, and clarifying the usage areas by district characteristics. As a result, it was found that the utilization area differs greatly depending on the facility, and that these differences are influenced by the characteristics of the location. The study also indicated the need to formulate strategies that take into account the usage area by district characteristics.
