The purpose of this study is to identify residential livability concerns of a series of small developments. Depending on the development process, the living environment will differ. For example, a residential area with many hills including stairs makes going out inconvenient. It was also found that the continuity of residency differed depending on the type of development activity and the longer the years of residence, the fewer the concerns. In areas where convenience is low, it is necessary to consider supporting continued residence by devising other ways to make the area more attractive as a living space.
