地方公共団体におけるピュア型CM方式の活用事例に関する研究（その３）：養父市での複合公共施設整備事業の市民参加におけるCMRの役割

抄録

We clarified the role of CMR in the complex public facility development of small municipality, Yabu City, Hyogo Prefecture. In (Part 3) we analyzed citizen participation in the four stages of design and construction, focusing on the changes of the meeting systems. And we clarified that CMR can effectively support citizen participation through the variety of meeting bodies and their flexible operation of the meeting system. Therefore, we concluded that CMR’s support for citizen participation which have become increasingly important in recent years in public construction projects will become a standard work for CMR in the future.
