This paper describes the results of research on wall radiation cooling with using air mat as radiation-conscious cooling in residential building. The adequate conditions for supply air temperature and volume rate are derived such that thermal comfort is achieved. At those conditions, the electric power use for cooling is approximately 85% smaller than the metropolitan area average at least. If the system is working a whole day, even ventilation rate for infection-avoidance doesn’t give wall internal moisture condensation. On the other hand, shutting down the system at night increases the risk of condensation.
