This study investigates the effectiveness of spatial photography in the construction phase of a building construction project. Utilizing spatial photography, the authors analyze how these tools enhance efficiency and information sharing among project stakeholders in construction supervision and management. Thus, the authors conducted a case study on a residential renovation project to evaluate the practical benefits and challenges of implementing spatial photography. Findings indicate significant improvements in task management and communication accuracy, but also highlight the need for frequent updates to maximize the technology’s potential.
