RENOVATION AND EXTENSION OF BUILDING THAT DON’T HAVE A CERTIFICATE OF INSPECTION AND PROBLEMS THAT AROSE IN THE PROCESS

Abstract

Use of building stock are increasing. but a few people use building stock that don’t have a certificate of inspection. Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport established guidelines, but people don’t actively design it. In this paper, I describe the following 3 points about design it. 1 I report on the contents of the investigation for material investigation, actual measurement investigation, and structural investigation. 2 I report the design of it with EV extension. 3 I report design process of it and a problem that have happened. How design it will continue to be an important issue in the future.
