This paper proposes and evaluates a method for recording demolition work using BIM data. The method involves a detailed recording of demolition processes within a BIM-based algorithm. This aims to improve demolition planning and execution by comparing real-time data with initial plans to identify discrepancies. An actual demolition project serves as a study subject for analyzing the time, efficiency, and accuracy of the BIM-based recording method. Findings suggest that this approach enhances recording efficiency, resolves on-site problems, and offers valuable feedback for future demolition projects. However, further automation and detailed data collection are needed.
