The purpose of this study is clarified to the actual use status of preceding lubricant by questionnaire survey for general contractors. The main points of the results are as follows. Only 18% of respondents answered they had used preceding lubricant, which was significantly lower than the 80% of pumping constructors who answered they had used them. Preceding lubricant have the advantages of reducing waste and costs, but many respondents answered concern about the decrease in concrete strength and blockages. Many contractors are open to using preceding lubricant going forward.
