都市再生安全確保計画に対する民間企業等の意識に関する調査研究

This study aims to clarify the awareness that private companies have regarding the system and effectiveness of Urban Renaissance Safety Security Plans, through a survey. This research obtained insights suggesting that they might expect not only the improvement of disaster prevention capabilities but also the enhancement of regional value for Urban Renaissance Safety Security Plans. Among the aspects of regional value enhancement, community building among stakeholders was ranked highly. Beyond that, there are indications that the expectations vary depending on the industry of the private companies.
