STUDY ON MANPOWER OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS AND ITS EASY ESTIMATING METHOD : Part-1 Case of RC multiple dwelling house

Abstract

This paper describes about a study on manpower of multiple dwelling house construction works. The authors classified construction laborers to 5 groups, laborers for temporary works, foundation & piling works, framing works, finishing works and M & E works. Surveying and analyzing of 30 construction works, there are close correlation between manpower of working-groups and actual total floor area and approximate relation formulas were obtained.
