Abstract
This study, as a continuation of the study Part 1, has clarified the need for living space planning of a cooperative town enabling the inter-filtration among people, activities, and spaces in order to produce a creative circular relationship between collective living and leisure, which should be beyond the conventional conception of function-oriented facilities planning. This paper has also proven that cooperative town operation and leisure activities by residents lead to inter-filtration into software and hardware, suggesting the need for a process planning method to add unique characters to the quality of space.
