Abstract
This report complements PART 1 by giving an outline of the function items of the evaluation method of building performance. Here the word "function" is used from a viewpoint of adaptability to the purpose and precondition of the building, including the maintenance and recovery of this adaptability. By reason of contents volume and space limit, the style is condensed and the source explanation is omitted. The case study has pointed out some classification and expression to be improved, of which accounts are given one by one in this report and the method will be refined in accordance with them.
