抄録
It is an important theme today to be going to develop town management with community movement. Kitano Yatai that is composed of 20 booths in Obihiro-shi Hokkaido, that is community project for town management and community making by residents. The purpose of this paper is announcing a content of a series of Kitano Yatai project, and to study an important mater to develope community making project. Through this project the town is becoming fine little by little, resedent's affection and sensitivity toward their living environment was raised, and so on.
