Abstract
The aim of this study is to verify a system that supports historic environmental studies by use of 3DCG. An influence of virtual reality on sensitivity to space of children was considered and "reality" was caught again which means of "There is definite structure referring to real space into the details of." Then old town houses were restored and modeled precisely. The interactive system was realized consequently because of selecting VRML as a basic technology. It was verified that VR system using 3DCG is of practical use as a supporting tool of historic environmental studies.
