Abstract

Today, construction companies are forced to innovation of their business model, on account of the market reduction and IT innovation. So, the engineers who are employed by their companies, are necessary to learn the busyness trend and change the courses and measure with the works themselves. This report is a study of the existence of the needs for learning and the effect of its education, on account of the course of lectures, which we take for these engineers and we confirm there.
