Improvement and a usage of the handy GPS with the digitization of the map manufacture

Abstract

 Basic Act on the Advancement of Utilizing Geospatial Information about topographical map, which becomes the geographical basics document, was enforced in August 2007. And all maps issued publicly in Japan is digitized, and it is supplied. Then, I carry out an experiment and inspect effectiveness of accuracy and use of handy GPS that will be an effect of the plus on management of the small-scale company. 
 By warning an observation method, I was able to near reduced scale 1/1000 acquire precision and stable linear shape.
