Abstract
The purpose of this study is to organize the problems of local urban public transport in Japan. Currently, users of public transport in local urban has decreased. this is a nationwide situation. However, there is a successful example. It is Iyo Railway in Ehime Prefecture Matsuyama City. The study mainly investigated the actual situation of residents use.
