Abstract
Tourists who come to Hiraizumi town, where some temples, garden are registered world heritage in 2011, are increasing after resisted world heritage. Now, I searched inhabitant consciousness who accept tourists.
First, they think about world heritage as good opportunity and welcoming. They want to Hiraizumi town activation but some inhabitants worry about town's environment such as illegal parking and littering.
Then, I searched in more detail as who is the most welcoming or not of world heritage register.
Many people welcoming world heritage but civil servant are feeling anxious because they have to protect heritage, hear about inhabitants and accept tourist.
