Abstract
Purpose of this study is to examine impacts of higher education on migration and labor market in Northeast Thailand. 2 study subjects are set. One is to analyze spatial migration pattern of university graduates and the other is to analyze work histories of university graduates who are working in rural region.
Result of this study explains that educational backgrounds connected with social status of Universities contribute to careers of university graduates in each region. The conclusion is that hierarchical structures appear in a labor market of university graduates in rural region.
