Increase in the fresh foods since 2000

Abstract

Since the 2000s, the growth of the horticulture sector of India is remarkable as many have noted. In this paper the author would like to focus upon India's horticultural export.  Especially the increase in fresh fruit and vegetable is remarkable and we can find newly constructed trade pattern on the Indian Ocean Rim region.
