Abstract

GSI has been evolving its works relating recent digitalization, such as making and publishing digital products (e.g. “Digital Map”), developing and running web maps (e.g. “GSI Maps”). Recent development of “GSI Maps” also contribute to teaching geography and disaster prevention studies through its functions (e.g. visualization of topography). Authors will report evolution of “GSI Maps”, which has been being intensively developed as one of the GSI’s most important works.
