This paper analyzes the significance of D Specialized Farmers' Cooperative in Shandong province, China through its sales reality in the wholesale markets in its consumption area. The most important feature is that D Cooperative purchases carrots from its cooperatives members, selling them directly in the wholesale markets in consumption areas. The process of collecting cargo is essential to distribution of the producing. Consequently, the product could be purchased at a comparatively higher price by the cooperative than by the intermediary brokerage merchants. Because of the price change, the cooperative faces profit and loss as a selling agency, increasing its risk. However, it is probable that the cooperative would cease this selling way when losses are sustained. If a cooperatives agency uses the selling method in this example, it is necessary to use a structure in which cloud information provides interest back to employees due to the changes of the prices of the products in the wholesale market as they will take risks in the meanwhile.
