The isolation of Laurus nobilis L. fruit fixed oils were researched in Soxhalet apparatus for kinetics parameres and in a stirred batch extracted system for mathematical model. The effects of solvent, particle size and extraction time on isolation at constant 25°C were investigated. Hexane, petroleum ether, carbondisulfide and benzene as solvent separately were used. The particle size were ranged between 0.224-1.8 mm. Fatty acids composition of oil was determined by using GC/MS method. Fatty acids compositions of Laurus nobilis L. fruit were found in petroleum ether and benzene solvents as 34.8% and 44.2% for saturated fatty acids and 62.4% and 55.8% for unsaturated fatty acids, respectively. The mathematical model of the extraction process, accounting for variable effective diffusivity, was stated and solved numerically. The solution was checked with experimental kinetics to determine the effective diffusion coefficient. The solution was performed by using the complete finite difference technique and D=7.0225.10-10 m2/s was found.
