Solubility measurement using UV/VIS absorption spectrum and integrated Lambert-Beer's equation was developed and compared with the conventional method. As a result, the proposed method was found to be simple, easy to use, applicable to small amount of sample and give the solubility measurement in a supercritical fluid within 5% in accuracy. The solubilities of pesticides, antiseptic and medicines in supercritical CO2 were measured at 35-70°C and 5-30MPa.
