Anti-Enterococcus seriolicidaIgY was orally administered to yellowtail in order to investigate the time course of it's appearance in serum, skin mucus and other organs by enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay (ELISA) . After one hour of administration IgY was detected in serum, skin mucus and other organs and reaching a maximum concentration with in one to three hours. The concentration of IgY was diclined sharply in all organs studied after the peak hour. However, in serum it's diclined gradually after the maximum concentration. It was found that the concentration of IgY was higher in kidney, liver, stomach, pyloric caecum, intestine and serum, compared to that in brain, heart and skin mucus.
