Abalones, Haliotis discus, was cultured by seawater from well put on the area of lime stone in Okinawa Island belong to subtropical region. Giving feed was frozen sea mustard, Undaria. Cultivation temperature was maintained 18-22°C around a year by the well-water. Microbial and parasitical conditions of well-water were clean by filtration of coral layer. Under these conditions grouth rate of abalone was twice or tripple times faster compared with growth of Japan normal condition. Showing by figure, 70 mm shell length per 6 months is established.
