The purpose of this study is to estimate the biomass plant by Fujinnomiya citizens of Shizuoka Prefecture. In recent years, the society is becoming interested in biomass use. Nevertheless, inhabitant's cooperation is essential. The Methodology used in this analysis was CVM. And we have made an impact on the amount of WTP by the attribute determination. A result of CVM, evaluation of biomass use is about 933 million yen. And, inhabitants who have known biomass, methane gas and Food Valley concept were higher WTP than other inhabitants.
