Abstract
After the earthquake occurred, three years have passed. The theme of this special issue is the challenges and prospects of rural planning studies contribute to reconstruction. This paper describes a vision of reconstruction and aim and significance of this special issue, the crime and the identity of the modern technology of nuclear accident, in addition, the expectations for the deepening of rural planning studies and a new philosophy for the reconstruction.
