抄録
This study examines a problem of the earthquake disaster recovery from an observing point of rearrangement of the living sphere. The past lifestyle collapses by the earthquake disaster, and the reconstruction becomes the problem. Also community weakens by several times of relocation, and reproduction is demanded. As the result of consideration, improving of the social infrastructure in accord with the local fact is necessary to rearrangement of the living sphere of the stricken area. In addition, it is important to form the living sphere by the independent activity of local inhabitants.
