The purpose of this study is to clarify actual management and development process of the Magazine with food, which can be regarded as a new platform for producers and consumers exchange. The characteristics of the Magazine is product which foods and information of producers are combined, and it prepares an on-line community which producers and consumers always exchange. By reversing the conventional master(food) and servant(media), it obtained sustainable management. Three development factors are as follows. The first factor is to be considered as not food service but new “media”. The second is management policy that respects each local independence, and the third is management system that shares a payment system and important knowledge.
