This paper aims to find the requisites for farmers to voluntarily engage in “TAMBO-Dam.” To gather the required data from the farmers, a questionnaire survey and an oral investigation were conducted. The main findings were as follows: ① Twentysix percent of the respondents had no awareness of “TAMBO-Dam,” and 48 % indicated no intention of practicing “TAMBO-Dam.” ② About 26 % were noted to have latent intentions to prepare their paddy field for “TAMBO-Dam.” ③ The important requisites were the subsidy for installation cost, and the assurance that only minimal maintenance work would be required. ④ Method of practice and acceptance role was effectiveness, such as surveying on maintenance work and Public information, make the furtherance system of public organizations.
