Among the countries in Europe which have many borders, they have Regional Planning Euroregion as an increasing challenge cross-border in the different political level or the different social division.
In this study, I analyze Regional Planning Euroregion after verify regional policy, administrative organization, regional situation in EU. In this paper, I analyze its organization, action, substance of project, giving Euroregion in Froistaat Sachsen, Germany and border region of Czech, which is especially required immediate correspondence, as a example.
