Abstract
There are many villedges suffered from floods of Chngjiang. It has been tried to reconstruct by moving the suffered villedges to safe zone. The characteristics of those are as follows;
1. By this opportunity of moving, there is a plan to integrate villedges and to construct villedges providing facilities.
2. Yhe constructed house are not for temporary purpose, but for parmanent use.
3. The whole plan was made first, and then phased building.
4. In order to raise quality of construction, it is strictly supervised.
5. Construction was standardised and simplified, in order to build as soon as possible.
