Abstract
Reorganization of village is advanced in Matsumoto district, Kobe City located in the suburban agricultural area starting with the work in the allotment garden. In this paper, we clarified the process of reorganization of village mainly composed of the allotment garden, and considered the effects which it accomplished and the problem in the future. The following five points were pointed out as a condition that reorganization of village was able to be approved and promoted in this district. 1) The leader who had advanced consideration existed, and thry worked on reorganization of village positively, 2) Effective role which land improvement district and land improvement project played, 3) Publicrelations to resdent by organization magazine, 4) Promotion system of reorganization of village in the administration, 5) Conditions of location and social condition this district is given.
