Abstract
This study focuses on the process of development of the the partnership and the role of coordinators through Groundwork methods in a case of a small park renewal project in Morioka City. Morioka Junior Chamber's members and we have cordinated the project process together. The result are as foiilows: the roles of coordinators are. 1) education and information on the GW movements, 2) technical assistance on planning of parks and manegemnet of workshops etc, 3) advice on how to manage the process of the project, 4) interpretation among commnuity., municipality and companied, 5) a kind of outsider's position.
