Abstract

The ¹³C and ¹H NMR technique was applied for the structural elucidation and charactarization of D-glucan. Particularly peak assignments of the anomeric carbon and the positional carbon of linkage were indicated in comparison with the spectra of monosaccharides and oligosaccharices.
