Latosillan, a New Differentiation Inducer of Mouse Myeloid Leukemia Cells (Ml): Taxonomy, Fermentation, Isolation, Physicochemical Properties and Biological Properties
A new polysaccharide was obtained from the culture nitrate of a bacterium, Alcaligenes latus strain G66A. This polysaccharide induced differentiation of mouse myeloid leukemia cells (M 1), and has been named latosillan.
