韓国沿岸潮下帯泥底の底生群集研究におけるドレッジ試料の最小体積の決定について

Different methods are investigated for a minimal volume determination from dredge samples of subtidal mud flats in the southern coast of Korea. The Molinier's point 20/2 and 20/1 in the classical species-volume curve and Sø;rensen similarity index-volume curve were studied for qualitative analysis, while the Kulczynski's similarity index-volume curve was used to determine a minimal volume in a quantitative study. The values obtained predict minimal volumes of approximately 65 dm³ for qualitative studies and 75 dm³ for quantitative analyses of benthic communities in question.
