Abstract
1. The cell free extract of liver, bone-marrow, spleen, kidney aiid muscle shows no hydrolyzing action upon the blood proteins.
2. Most of the percolate of the organ n paste hydrolyses either the serum albumine or serum globuline. Liver and kidney act only on serum albuinine, while muscle, spleen and bone-marrow hyclrolyse only serum globuline.
3. The Lung shows scacely any hydrolixing action toward blood proteins.
