Abstract
1. The abnormal ratio of blood albumin to the blood globulin was produced by several methods and the proteolytic activity of various tissues toward the serum proteins was Compared.
2. Proteolvtic activity of liver is always in creased in the ease of hyperalbuminemia, while that of muscle is enhanced greatly whenever hyperglobulinemia occurs.
